Systems

The systems we have in place enable us to carefully monitor each individual instruction from you on an hourly basis so as to ensure that we are able to meet each deadline and to react to unexpected events.

Priority

Priority is given to instructions likely to exceed our targets. We will keep you informed as to the status of each instruction. In the event of an instruction being delayed, we will explain the reason for this delay.

Objective Reports

Whether you are recruiting for a temporary or permanent position, our reports provide you with an objective picture of prospective
employees.

As part of our unique comprehensive
screening service, we also establish the authenticity of past employers and the validity of academic qualifications.

There will be occasions when third parties do not respond to our requests. This will naturally delay the report. In these cases, we will explain the situation to the originator of the instruction and be prepared to follow any new instructions.

Obtaining references for periods spent outside the UK can be time-consuming and the amount of information legally available may vary depending on the applicable legislation.
